Property in Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bangalore is a much sought after real estate investment option for those seeking residence as well as investors. Over the past few years there has been major growth in the development of real estate property in Kanpur and other places with developers of property in coming up with a wide range of housing projects including villas, apartments these places.
Business houses in India ranging from small to large sizes still depend heavily on misinformation, deceit and false claims than quality of products, design innovation and service to make profits. Our businesses and businessmen have a very dismal record about product innovation and customer service but probably they are the best in world when it comes to misinformation and confusing the consumers.
Times are tough in the home-building industry, meaning the 700,000 or so new single-family homes expected to be built this year are going to include more practical and value-conscious features and fewer wish-list items. At the top of the list of least likely features that builders will include in their 2012 homes are Vaastu Homes.
Being a Vaastu Counsultant, I came across advertisements in newspapers and magazines from builders claiming that their homes are Vaastu compliant and I did not actually know what they mean until I visited many properties in Kanpur, Lucknow & Ranchi on my clients request.
I was shocked to see how the builders are using this belief of Vaastu to justify their bad designs. Most of the builders are just in the game of making maximum profit from the piece of land they have got and they just don't care about natural light and breeze which is so essential from an architectural point of view. They just want to build maximum square feet so that their gains are maximized and they have just found this 'Vaastu Theory' very convenient to ward off any uncomfortable question that a prospective buyer may ask.
And it is not only one or two builders that are using this game, 8 out of 10 builders' project I have visited have some way or other used the Vaastu excuse to justify their poor layout, lots of unusable cubicle spaces in their apartments and dark rooms and bathrooms. Some even went one step farther and referred their design as compliant not only with Vaastu but with Feng Shui as well. Some apartments where 60% of the space don't get natural light and remain dark during day time are actually built as per the specification of the great Vaastu and is a genuine excuse if questioned.
I leave it to individuals whether they would believe Vaastu and I have nothing against these sciences as long are they do not do anything destructive or damaging. But please don't select the apartment on the basis of these claims and if we take the words of the builders at face value, believe me then I have already encountered 8 different versions of Vaastu which are totally at conflict with one another.
If you want to know some basic tips about choosing a flat for a pleasant living there are few things that you must do. Visit the apartment with a magnetic compass and mark the exact North on the brochure as provided by the builder and if having some basic knowledge of Vaastu should finalise it or go for a Vastu experts' advise.
The buyers will do better if they look for apartment blocks that are airy and lighted in the first place and Vaastu compliancy. An apartment with lots of natural light and fresh air will definitely keep you hale and hearty.

Vastu is the need of the day...
According to a report of World Health Organisation (WHO) that appeared in the New York Times in 1984, the scientists of USA have declared a considerable number of buildings as sick. The sickness is attributed to the disorderly arrangement of space within the built environment. Such buildings are found to be the source of mental and physical disorders.
What is Bovis? The Life Force Index or Bovis Scale was named after a French physicist Antoine Bovis, who postulated this scale while doing research among the Great Pyramids of Egypt in the 1930's. This Bovis Energy Scale which measures "Natural Earth Energy", ranges from zero to infinity.
The Bovis Scale quantifies or measures how positively or negatively charged a substance is. For living organisms, the key reference point on the scale is found at 6,500 Bovis energy units. From 0 to 6,500 Bovis, the charge is in the NEGATIVE range, or life-detracting; while above the 6,500 Bovis point, the energy gradually becomes more POSITIVE, or life-enhancing.
The desired minimal energy level for humans is found between 8,000 to 10,000 Bovis, or slightly positive. The Earth itself creates energy in the 7,000 to 18,000 range. This energy is also referred to as "Biophotons", which are light particles invisible to our eyes. This positive energy is necessary to the maintenance on Earth.
Hence, the application of Vaastu is important in every sphere of life be it residential, industrial or corporate entity.
